Returns & Exchanges

B(i). Return/Refund of products.

ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE will accept requests for return /refund of regular priced product within 30 days* from the date of order.

For online orders: ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE only accepts store returns in the flagship store, Royal Sporting House Tanglin Mall.

Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimsuits are strictly non-exchangeable.

Merchandise must be in original condition with packaging, and will not be accepted if they have been used or damaged in any way.

All successful requests for returns/ refunds will be refunded and credited without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.* We will return to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges should your order falls below the minimum qualifier for free delivery. Any refunds may be made in full or in part at the sole discretion of ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE.

For ‘Click & Collect’ orders: ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE will hold any ‘Click & Collect’ order product for a maximum of 14 days from the date of order following which ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE may, in its sole discretion, deem your order cancelled and credit the refund without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.

The acceptance by ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE of any request for refund /exchange shall not constitute nor be deemed to be an acknowledgment or acceptance by ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE of any breach, default or liability on the part of ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE in respect of such product being refunded/exchanged.

Amount refunded will take into consideration the total discounts given to the customer at the point of purchase.
 

B(ii) Exchange of products:

For online orders: ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE will accept requests for exchange of product within 30 days* from the date of order.

ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE do not accept exchanges of products online. All requests for exchanges will have to be made at our flagship store, Royal Sporting House Tanglin Mall. Should the relevant item be out of stock and customer is not agreeable to other alternatives offered, ROYAL SPORTING HOUSE will proceed to refund the customer’s credit card in accordance with the procedure for requests for refunds.

For items bought directly from store:

Exchange is accepted within 30 days, with proof of purchase (original receipt).

Merchandise must be in original condition with packaging, and will not be accepted if they have been used or damaged in any way.

Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments are strictly non-exchangeable.

Merchandise sold is non-refundable.

Merchandise purchased using gift or promotional vouchers is non-refundable.
