EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
- Exchange is accepted within 7 days, with proof of purchase (original receipt).
- Merchandise must be in original condition with packaging, and will not be accepted if they have been used or damaged in any way.
- Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments are strictly non-exchangeable.
- Merchandise sold are non-refundable.
- Merchandise purchased using gift or promotional vouchers are non-refundable.
- RSH’s decision on all matters will be final and binding.
- For canvas footwear, we recommend spot-clean only. They are not meant to be machine-washed or fully immersed in water.
