EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  • Exchange is accepted within 7 days, with proof of purchase (original receipt).
  • Merchandise must be in original condition with packaging, and will not be accepted if they have been used or damaged in any way.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments are strictly non-exchangeable.
  • Merchandise sold are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise purchased using gift or promotional vouchers are non-refundable.
  • RSH’s decision on all matters will be final and binding.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • For canvas footwear, we recommend spot-clean only. They are not meant to be machine-washed or fully immersed in water.
